We're really proud to offer unique and beautiful products to our Customers. We'd never send anything out which we didn't think was as good as it can be, both in terms of the beauty of the artwork and quality of the materials we use. We spend hours getting everything just right in a slightly obsessive compulsive kind of way.

But we know with arty stuff it's a matter of personal taste, after all beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder. With most personalised artwork you don't get to see the work before you've bought it. It just feels risky to buy something you haven't seen, especially when in the small print it ALWAYS says you can't send it back even if you hate it. They can do this legally, but why should you take the risk if the supplier doesn't have confidence in their work?

So here's the plan, the Onefineday promise

Order from Onefineday and if you're not happy with your item we'll do everything humanly possible to fix the problem. In the unlikely event that we can't help, we'll happily give you your money back.

The only exception is for products where the item has been previewed and approved by the customer in the form of an email proof.

All we ask is you let us know within 7 days, keep the original packaging and cover the small cost of the insured return.
