Onefineday are proud to offer unique and beautiful products to our Customers. We are
confident in our work.

Because of this Onefineday are able to offer a no quibble guarantee of satisfaction. If you
are unhappy with our work we will provide a full refund of the purchase price on our
Alphabet Posters and even our Personalised Limited Edition Name Prints.

We are the only artworks company to offer a guarantee on personalised work, meaning
you can be sure of buying with confidence. Ask why you should take the risk with others.

For unwanted products we only ask that the cost of return is met by the customer, that
goods are sent by carrier or postal service with adequate insurance and that proof of
postage is obtained. We also request that original packaging is used and care is taken to
return the product in perfect condition.

Personalised Invitations and Announcements will be subject to pre-approval by provision
of an accurate sample and hence may not be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Any goods which are faulty or damaged in transit will be replaced by Onefineday at no
extra cost to the Customer.

Any request for return for whatever reason including notification of damage should be
made to Onefineday immediately where possible or up to a maximum of 7 days following
delivery. After this time we will not be obliged to agree to return or refund. Notification
should be made by phone or email to returns@onefineday.co.uk

Your statutory rights are not affected by the above.
